We have to hold an annual AGM – it’s very brief, but in order to apply for grants we need a committee including young people.

We elect a Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer (must be over 18).

Parents and participants are all welcome to attend.

Bob Marshall Award

At the AGM we also award the Bob Marshall Award (in memory of a former EOAC leader).

It’s awarded to a DofE participant at any level from Exeter Open Centre or Exeter Football Club Centre, for outstanding achievement during their award. This may be overcoming personal challenges, going the extra mile in a section or anything else similar. Anyone can make a nomination – please email Michelle
