DESCRIPTION:We have to hold an annual AGM – it’s very brief\, but in order to apply for grants we need a committee including young people. \nWe elect a Chairman\, Secretary and Treasurer (must be over 18). \nParents and participants are all welcome to attend. \nAgenda \nMinutes of the last meeting\, last years accounts and constitution can be found here \nBob Marshall Award \nAt the AGM we also award the Bob Marshall Award (in memory of a former EOAC leader). \nIt’s awarded to a DofE participant at any level from Exeter Open Centre or Exeter Football Club Centre\, for outstanding achievement during their award.
